  I ordered this digital kitchen scale from Amazon Sa last week. I have been using measuring cups previously and wanted to try my luck with the kitchen scale.

  I am a baker and have always used measuring cups whenever I bake something but sometimes the output wasn’t expected so I thought of buying a kitchen scale from Amazon SA.

  I ordered the product two weeks ago and received it in perfect condition on the date of delivery. The instruction manual given along with the product was very helpful and I started using it immediately

  I am very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend everyone to buy this kitchen scale from Amazon SA.

  Poor customer service

  I have ordered a smeg toaster in the mid June from west elm. During the purchase it was mentioned that it was a non-returnable item. I paid for the product but later I did not receive any info from them regarding my order. 

  When I went to their website to check the updates I was shocked to see the item was not shipped even after three weeks and no information on the tracking number. 

  When I contacted the customer service they said that I will receive the item with in three or four days but i didn't happen so. So I called them gain after a week still no information on the product. 

  Then I asked them if I can at least cancel the product so that I can receive my hard earned money but there was no option left for it on the website. 

  So here I am with no idea what has to be done further regarding the purchase. Didn't expect this kind of service from west elm.

  It's already so much warmer in UAE that it becomes almost impossible to go outside & buy stuff unless it's a major deal.

  
  

  I was easily able to install this tool with almost no help or guide needed. In addition to this, I also go to know about more useful day-to-day products on Fordeal.

  When the orders are for food, this app send magical boxes of love but one time for the very first time i ordered an appliance for my home and my switch board blew off. I had ordered a mixer grinder from Carrefour but soon as I used it the glass broke and my kitchen became too dirty. 

  
  

  
  

  While all this drama was happening, I tried to unplug it from power socket only to get hurt by a shock so I jumped far from the appliance and soon the power socket blew off. I had to call my building maintenance team to get out of this mess. 

  
  

  When I complained Carrefour sent someone to pick their garbage product and just sent me back my money. What a waste of time and also unsafe products.
