  Received a quality product!

  For the first time, I received an order from Farfetch on time! However, the item is of great quality.

  
  

  I ordered an Alexander Mcqueen wallet from Farfetch. The leather wallet, if purchased from elsewhere is very expensive. But at Farfetch, I found this product for just AED350. I received a discount of 50% on the purchase. Without looking at any other website, I ordered the wallet for myself. 

  
  

  The order was placed on 11th October 2019 and the payment was made right away through my debit card. After the payment was successful, I received an order confirmation from them. The order was expected to arrive by 15th October 2019. I wasn’t expecting a timely delivery from them. 

  
  

  On 14th October 2019, I received a notification that order is out for delivery. On 15th October 2019, I received a call from the delivery man that he couldn’t find the address. I explained to him the direction. He arrived with a package which was completely packed.

  
  

  

  
  

  The wallet was packed in two boxes. It had a covering of its own box and then that of a Farfetch packaging. I liked how they had packed the parcel to keep the product safe. The quality of the wallet is very good. The leather is pure and of good quality.

  Top-notch quality!

  It has been years that I am shopping with Farfetch and they have never failed to provide good quality clothing!

  I ordered a dress from Farfetch on 10th September 2019, which was to be delivered on 15th September 2019. The order was placed and the payment was made online. I received a confirmation email with order details. 

  
  

  The clothing available at Farfetch’s online store is quite expensive but the top-notch quality makes it a must buy. It is worth it to pay AED150 for a dress which is available at other stores in just AED80. I always choose Farfetch because of its services. 

  
  

  The order arrived on the desired date. Their packaging is, as usual, a luxury one. The dress was packed in glace paper and then in the box. The delivery man was so kind and polite that he let me check the dress before delivering it. 

  
  

  Their fastest delivery options, international delivery and quality products make them the best clothing store online. I always shop whenever there is a discount but this time there was no sale. still, I found a great deal!

  Amazing Products!

  I ordered a Tote bag from Farfetch for AED199. Due to the availability of coupons and discounts, I received AED90 off on the purchase. I had to pay just AED109. I made the payment online through my VISA card. The order was confirmed and was expected to arrive by 7th September 2019. 

  
  

  I received regular updates about the delivery on my phone and on email. The customer support is also very supportive. I received a message on 4th September 2019 that the order has been delivered but I received nothing. I contacted the support for the same and they told me that it is a technical glitch. They resolved the issue within a few minutes. 

  
  

  

  
  

  I received my order on 6th September 2019. The bag was well packed and looked lavish! However, it was similar to the product image, true to its specification and size. I just loved the Tote bag. It is very spacious. The work done on the bag looks amazing and frills add more grace to it.

  Great Packaging!

  My online shopping experience has never been nice! Either I received defective products or the order was never received! 

  
  

  But with Farfetch, it has been the best one! I ordered a dress from Farfetch and it was ordered in guilt that what if I don’t receive anything! So, I placed the order on COD. the amount to be paid was AED120. The order was placed and confirmed by them. I received my order details. The Order was expected to arrive by 25th August 2019.

  
  

  On 26th August 2019, the delivery man arrived with the order. I was amazed with their faster delivery. I didn’t have the exact change so, he suggested paying through card as he had the machine. I liked the way Farfetch served. Even the product was packed so well that one wouldn't feel like opening the packaging.

  
  

  

  
  

  The dress looks so beautiful! The cloth quality is beyond my expectations. It is true to my size and fits perfectly. The colour is black, and it came with a warning that not to be washed with light colours. Also, it can be machine washed.

  Speedy Delivery!

  I purchased a dress from Farfetch which arrived within two days of ordering. The dress received was well packed and the delivery boy had handled it very well. However, the size ordered was L and I received M, which was quite big for me. 

  
  

  So when contacted the customer care, they resolved the issue within 5 minutes. I received the dress on 19th August 2019 and sent it for an exchange on 23rd August 2019. The new parcel was expected to arrive by 27th August 2019 but it came the day before. 

  
  

  

  
  

  The dress was perfect. It had fit me well; the cloth piece is pure cotton and no other mixture. It is true to its specification and similar to the image shown. I love shopping from Farfetch, only because of their speedy services. Whether it is the delivery service or customer care, they are always ready to serve you!
