A shipping charge of SAR 29 is applicable on orders delivered within the Kingdom as of the cities outside the Kingdom, a shipping fee of SAR 49 is added to your cart value. For COD orders additional fees are applicable depending on your cart value, calculated on the checkout page.

Sonbol Delivery Timings

Delivery times vary by location. For major cities in the Kingdom, such as Jeddah and Dammam, orders are delivered within 2 to 3 working days. Deliveries to Riyadh are typically faster, taking only 1 to 2 business days. For other cities, delivery time extends to 3 to 7 days. Deliveries outside the Kingdom take 7 to 10 working days.

Sonbol Returns & Exchanges

Provided the orders you wish to return are in their original state with tags intact you can return or exchange them within 30 days from the date of delivery and 15 days for discounted products. With a return fee of SAR 29, refunds will be credited to your bank account within 28 days except for Tabby, Tamara, and Gift Cards. COD fees are non-refundable. Replacement orders take up to SAR 58 available for customers within the Kingdom.
