• Refunds Take Time!

  I had ordered an A-line Dress from VogaCloset which arrived a size bigger than the one ordered.

  The order arrived within 3 days of placing the order. Seeing them deliver fast, I was happy with the services offered. As the delivery boy handed me the order, it was in good condition and packed well. The delivery service deserves a 5-star rating because they have been handling products with care.

  
  

  But, when I opened the box, I saw that the size of the dress delivered is L and I had ordered M. the quality of the cloth was as described. It was smooth and not rough or harsh on the skin. I can wear it without any fear in summers. 

  
  

  But, because the size I had to get it replaced. I contacted the customer service who is quite supportive. She heard me and after checking, informed me that M size in this dress is not available. So she would adjust the amount and I can order something else through by informing her the item id.

  
  

  But, I didn’t like any other dress so I asked for a refund. She provided me with a link through email and I filled it and sent it back. I received an email regarding refunds and it was supposed to be credited by 14th July 2019. 

  
  

  On 15th July 2019, I called customer service again to know the refund status and she told me that it might take time and she is not sure of how much time it can take. 

  
  

  I am glad that at least the customer executive followed up with me and kept informing me of the status. I received my refund on 29th July 2019, thankfully!

  
  

  But, I would recommend everybody to shop with them!

• Delivery On Time

  The order was placed on 19th July 2019 and because of some issues in the payment gateway, I had to choose COD as my mode of payment. They charged me AED10 as a COD surcharge. The expected delivery date was 24th July 2019 and they provided me with a Tracking ID.

  
  

  With the provision of the Tracking Id, I could track my order’s progress. The delivery boy arrived on the 24th of July 2019. The package was well packed and delivered on time. The delivery man accepted card payment at that time because I didn’t have enough cash. 

  
  

  

  The dress looks so pretty! It fits me perfectly and looks amazing. The cloth is so soft and even the net sleeves are soft and not harsh on the skin. I just loved the product!

  
  

  It was convenient to place the order at Vogacloset and they offer timely delivery! I would recommend everybody to try them!

• Free and Easy Returns!

  By mistake, the delivery boy delivered a wrong order to my place. When I opened the box, I realised the same and immediately informed the customer care regarding the same.

  
  

  The lady on the call asked me my order no. (Order ID: VC07435621) and order no. (Order ID: VC01325467) written on the order delivered. She told me that a similar issue has been reported. She told me that the delivery boy has made the mistake and they would provide us with the delivery of our orders by 19th July 2019. 

  
  

  On 20th July 2019, the same delivery man arrived and was sorry. He took the order and replaced it with my order. But, the order delivered had a product missing. So, I contacted the customer care again. The lady told me that I have to wait until 22nd July 2019 and a delivery man will arrive and pick up the complete order and by 27th July 2019, the new order will be delivered.

  
  

  However, the returns are free and the delivery boy picked up the wrong order and the complete order was delivered to me on 28th July 2019. After a long wait, I received my order and was awestruck with packing. Also, the products are amazing!

  
  

  

  
  

  Though, the whole process was messed- from receiving wrong to incomplete one and then finally receiving all the products, the products are worth the wait!
