Returns: You can return your M&S order items within 35 days for a full-price refund and within 14 days for a sale item. The original state of the item needs to be maintained with tags intact. You can also choose to return an order to your nearest M&S store or arrange a pick-up from your residence for a fixed charge of AED 15.

Refunds: For refunds, the item must be unused and in re-saleable condition. In the case of credit card payments refunds are credited within 4-5 working days. For items purchased using Blue Wallet, the amount gets credited immediately to your wallet.  

Cancellations: For any amendation to your order cancel the said order as soon as possible. Cancellations will be entertained within 30 minutes of the order placement. For guest users contact the customer care executive to cancel your order within the time frame.
